It is possible to share an access link to the attendance sheet with your learners. They will simply have to paste the URL generated from the admin area into their search bar and they can click on Sign next to their name.
Note: Although this method is less secure than signing in via QR code or email, it can be very convenient, especially for self-paced training. It perfectly replaces a paper attendance sheet that is shared with learners.
To do this, simply go to the attendance sheet and click on the Signature link to share icon at the top right.
By pasting this link into their search bar, the learner will arrive at the sheet's page and can sign themselves next to their name.
Note: learners will also have access to relevant questionnaires if a questionnaire is attached to the sheet in question.
