1️⃣ Configure attendance without signature
Global Configuration
If in your context, the signature is not useful for any attendance sheet, you can disable the required signature. Future created sheets will take this default parameter into account.

However, if for certain sheets it is necessary to collect attendance, or conversely to deactivate the required signatures, you can always modify it when creating a sheet:
Note : The default parameter when creating a sheet will be the one configured globally. However, you can modify it if needed before creating your sheet.

Administrators and Speakers
From the detail of an attendance sheet, you can declare your learners' presence in one click! You can also select and mark present several people at once. 👌
Note : Similarly, your speakers can declare the learners' presence from their dedicated space! 🤗
For your learners
From their dedicated space, your learners can declare their presence in several ways:
Via QR Code, projected on the screen by the speaker
Via the presence code, where each one can declare themselves present
