Certain training contexts mean that you do not always have access to your students' email addresses.
However, there are solutions to this!
Indeed, while the first and last names of your students are mandatory for their creation on Edusign, their email address is not a prerequisite.
You can have your students sign without the application, of course, but also with it! Even without an email address. 🤩
In this article, you will find:

Sign using a shared link from the admin space.
Sign using code or link from the professor space.

Sign using a shared link from the admin space.
You can give your students access to the attendance sheet by sharing a link allowing them to access a virtual attendance sheet that looks like a physical one: they sign next to their name.
This solution can also be used with a tablet connected to this link that you pass around in the room.
Sign using code or link from the professor space.
professors can also access the last option if you have granted them access (Settings > professor > Code signature method enabled).
They can then share the link directly, displaying a QR code that can be scanned with the students' device cameras (this is not the same signature method as a QR code scanned with the Edusign app). For this method again, they can also ask students to connect to a very simple link (edusign.app/sc) and enter the PIN code associated with the session, displayed in the professor space.

Whether from the admin space or from the professor space, you can also have your students sign via the Actions button next to their name on the attendance sheet.

Sign using QR code.
Great news! Although signing off via QR code requires having a student space and the Edusign application, it does not require an email address.
Indeed, your students have a Username that you will find on their student record. This information can replace the email address to connect to a student space.
You can then pass on this username and their password by exporting their credentials (this export will display the student's username and password) from your admin space (students > Selecting students via the Checkbox ✅ > Actions > Export credentials).
Warning! Each new export for the same student will reset their previous credentials.
It should be noted that signing off via QR code requires installing the student Edusign app and is therefore better suited for longer training sessions.
Only professors can sign off students via QR code.
Sign your students using NFC placard.
Again, your students will need to log into the app to use this feature. But the email address is still not necessary here!
You can then provide them with their credentials as outlined in the previous step.
After equipping your rooms with placards, your students can easily sign off by tapping with their phone.
