Add students manually or via Excel import

Creating students one by one or in bulk on Edusign is done in a few clicks. 😉

Note: It is also possible to import your students from a connector or via Zapier.

1️⃣ Add a student manually.

To get started, go to the students tab.

In the students tab, click Add student at the top right then New student.

Required information:

  • First name.

  • Last name.

  • Email.

  • Adding the student to a group is not mandatory but highly recommended.

Optional information:

  • Identification number.

  • Phone.

  • Course enrolled.

  • Tags.

  • Custom fields.

  • Send credentials to students (useful if your students need access to the Edusign app to sign via QR code, one of Edusign's 5 signature modes, check their schedule or absences).

Don't forget to Save. 😉
