Note: It's also possible to create multiple sessions at once, import your sessions from an Excel file, a connector, or via Zapier.

From this tab, then click on Attendance Sheet.

You will then need to fill in the required information for creating the session.

Certain information must be filled in to create your attendance sheet.

Note: you can modify this information later as long as the attendance sheet hasn't been archived. To do so, you can click on Edit the session at the top left from the concerned attendance sheet.

Other information is not necessary to create your attendance sheet.

In order to add a questionnaire, your account must contain a questionnaire template. You can schedule the questionnaire's delivery as an option.

You can also create a remote session on Zoom by checking the associated box.

Caution! Make sure you have connected your Edusign account with Zoom and that the presenter associated with the session has an account on these platforms.

Once the information is filled out, press Add the session.

You have the option to add additional presenters by clicking Add a second presenter. They will then all have access to the attendance sheet to sign and have signed from their account. Of course, one signature per learner is sufficient. Also, only one presenter can manage participant signatures.

Don't forget to save and you'll be ready!

Your attendance sheets will include both presenters' signatures.
