Edusign allows you to precisely target learners you want to send a message to:

  • Authenticated users: All learners connected to the application.

  • All users (Premium): authenticated and non-authenticated users.

  • Non-authenticated users (Premium): Users who downloaded the white-label app but are not connected.

The send scheduling option allows you to plan your messages for smoother communication management. Here's how to proceed:

  1. Check "Scheduled send" when drafting your message.

  2. Select the sending time.

- Messages will be sent automatically at the chosen time.
- Messages sent instantly are placed under "Scheduled" while our systems dispatch the notification (a few seconds)
