1️⃣ How to submit a request for implementing a connector?

To submit a request for setting up a connector, you must complete this questionnaire:

Advice: Use the guides to properly complete the request questionnaire for setting up a connector between Edusign and your ERP/LMS.

🎯 Hyperplanning

  • Select "Hyperplanning" on the first page

  • Fill in the relevant information

Is the Hyperplanning Web service (API) already activated and available?

  • If your Hyperplanning Web Service is activated, the web service must be properly linked to the current year’s schedule.

  • If you have never connected Hyperplanning to another software, it is likely that you do not yet have a Web service activated. In this case, you either know/can set up a Hyperplanning web service, or we can do it for you (paid service).

  • If you think you have already activated your Web service, you can verify the URL by clicking on it. If the URL is correct, the following/similar page should appear:

Login and password Hyperplanning

You must create a Hyperplanning user with full rights (read + write). This user profile should not be deleted.

Hyperplanning schedule name

This response is only useful if you do not have a Web service in place yet, and we need to set up a Hyperplanning server specifically for you. Otherwise, it will not be displayed.

Do you wish to apply a filter on the learners to be synchronized on Edusign?

  • If you check “No”, all your learners will be synchronized on a single unique Edusign account.

  • If you check “Yes”, you must understand the logic of “student families and sections” in Hyperplanning to answer the following two questions.

Would you like to apply a filter on the courses to be synchronized on Edusign?

  • If you check “No”, all courses with learners will be synchronized on the accounts defined by the “student families and sections” filters.

  • If you check “Yes”, you must understand the logic of “course families and sections” in Hyperplanning to answer the following question.

Do you wish to synchronize your apprenticeship masters/tutors?

If your apprenticeship masters are listed on Hyperplanning, they can be synced on Edusign to send an attendance record and/or alerts automatically.

Do you wish to use sections from one or more families to add tags to the Edusign learner file?

  • You can choose to use one or more "Student Families" to add the section value as a TAG on Edusign (learner’s file).

  • Adding a TAG will allow users to filter by this element and more easily find different student cohorts.

Do you plan to use Edusign's NFC contactless signature technology?

NFC technology allows your learners to sign without the intervention of an instructor/trainer.

The use of NFC tags must be anticipated during the initial account setup (although it is not entirely impossible to revisit this choice).

🎯 SC-Form

  • Select “SC-Form” on the first page

  • Complete the information relevant to you

Connect to your SC-Form database

Connecting to your SC-Form database is very simple. You need to contact SC-Form and ask them to open access to your Galia, Jessica, or Sofia database.

The necessary connection information will be sent directly by SC-Form.

Do you wish to apply a filter on the learners to be synchronized on Edusign?

If you check “No”, all your learners will be synchronized on a single unique Edusign account.

If you check “Yes”, you can choose which company (in terms of SC-Form) to synchronize on Edusign.

What is the name and ID of the company to be synchronized on Edusign?

By using the filter parameter on the Company, you can distribute the planning over one or more Edusign accounts.


If you want just one Edusign account, you can specify: "Company Name + Company ID"

If you want multiple Edusign accounts, you can specify: "Company Name + Company ID, Company Name + Company ID", ...

Do you wish to filter on a particular database?

Like with companies, it's also possible to segment the planning over multiple Edusign accounts.

If you check "no", the entire planning from each Company (name + ID) listed above will be synchronized on 1 Edusign account (all sectors/bases combined).

If you check "yes", you can choose to create 1 or more Edusign accounts. Each Edusign account will be fed by one single sector/base.

List the sectors/bases to be considered in the synchronization

For each listed sector/base, an Edusign account will be opened to allow the synchronization of the designated sector/base planning.

If you only want one Edusign account, you can specify: "Base Name + Base Code"

If you want multiple Edusign accounts, you can specify: "Base Name + Base Code, Base Name + Base Code, Base Name + Base Code, ...".

Do you wish to synchronize your apprenticeship masters/tutors?

If your apprenticeship masters/tutors are listed on SC-Form, they can be synced on Edusign to send an attendance record and/or alerts automatically.

Do you want to add the Analytics Code as a Tag on the learner's file?

You can add the available Analytics Code on SC-Form as a Tag for learners. You will then be able to search for your learners based on this unique code.

🎯 Yparéo

  • Select “Yparéo” on the first page

  • Complete the information relevant to you

What is your Webservice URL?

We need the web address (URL API) of your Yparéo account to automate the connection.

What is the username to be used?

We need a username with read and write permissions to synchronize data on Edusign, then send attendance data back to Yparéo.

What is the account password to be used?

We need the password to access the account.

What is your account’s API key?

We need the API key to simplify access to your Yparéo account.

Do you wish to apply a filter on the learners to be synchronized on Edusign?

If you check “No”, all your learners will be synchronized on a single unique Edusign account.

If you check “Yes”, you must understand the "Site Code" logic on Yparéo.

What is the "Site Code" to synchronize?

Specify the Name and Site Code (ID) to synchronize on Edusign

In the following format: NAME SITE CODE - SITE ID (e.g., CFA Paris - 36)

What are the "Site Codes" to synchronize

Specify the Name and Site Code to synchronize on Edusign

You can choose to link 1 or more site codes to 1 or more Edusign accounts.

For example, you can have the scheduling of 3 Site Codes synchronized on the first Edusign account. And at the same time, have a 4th Site Code for which the scheduling will be synchronized on a second Edusign account.

Organize your response in the following format:

  • EDUSIGN ACCOUNT 1: CFA Paris - 36, CFA Lyon - 37, CFA Lille - 38, CFA Marseille - 39

  • EDUSIGN ACCOUNT 2: CFA Medium City - 40

💡Attention if you list the same ID multiple times over several accounts, the sheets and learners will be duplicated or more.

🎯 Ammon

  • Complete the information relevant to you

What is your Webservice URL?

We need the web address (URL API) of your Ammon account to automate the connection.

What is the username to be used?

We need a username with read and write permissions to synchronize data on Edusign, then send attendance data back to Ammon.

What is the account password to be used?

We need the password to access the account.

What is your account’s API key (token)?

We need the API key to simplify access to your Ammon account.

Do you wish to apply a filter on the learners to be synchronized on Edusign?

If you check “No”, all your learners will be synchronized on a single unique Edusign account.

If you check “Yes”, you must understand the "Structure" logic on Ammon.

What are the names and IDs of the structures you wish to sync on each Edusign account?

Specify the Name and ID of the structures on Ammon that you wish to synchronize on Edusign

You can choose to link 1 or more site codes to 1 or more Edusign accounts.

For example, you can have the scheduling of 3 Structures synchronized on the first Edusign account. And at the same time, have a 4th Structure for which the scheduling will be synchronized on a second Edusign account.

Organize your response in the following format:

  • EDUSIGN ACCOUNT 1: CFA Paris - 36, CFA Lyon - 37, CFA Lille - 38, CFA Marseille - 39

  • EDUSIGN ACCOUNT 2: CFA Medium City - 40

🎯 Aimaira

What is your Webservice URL?

=> We need the web address (API URL) of your Aimaira account to automate the connection.

What is the username to use?

=> We need a username with read and write rights to synchronize the data on Edusign, then to send back the attendance data to Aimaira.

What is the password for the account to use?

=> We need the password to access the account.

Would you like to apply a filter on the learners to synchronize on Edusign?

=> If you check “No”, all your learners will be synchronized on a single Edusign account.

=> If you check “Yes”, you need to understand the logic of “Schools and Brands” in Aimaira.

What is the ID of the school/brand containing the learners to synchronize on Edusign?

=> You can synchronize one or more Schools/Brands on a single Edusign account. You must indicate the list of school and brand IDs to be synchronized.

What are the IDs of the schools/brands containing the learners to synchronize?

=> You can choose to link 1 or more school/brand IDs to 1 or more Edusign accounts.

For example, you can have the schedule of 3 school/brand IDs synchronized on a first Edusign account. And at the same time, have a 4th school/brand ID for which the schedule will be synchronized on a second single Edusign account.

Organize your response in the following format:

  • EDUSIGN ACCOUNT 1: CFA Paris - 36, CFA Lyon - 37, CFA Lille - 38, CFA Marseille - 39

  • EDUSIGN ACCOUNT 2: CFA Ville Moyen - 40

💡Note if you place the same ID multiple times on several accounts, the sheets and learners will be duplicated or more.

Do you want to synchronize your apprenticeship tutors?

=> If your apprenticeship tutors are listed on Aimaira, it is possible to synchronize them on Edusign to send an attendance report and/or alerts automatically.

Do you want to set the schedule to "Completed" when resubmitting the absences?

=> If you check yes, then the status of the sessions on Aimaira will change to "Completed".

=> If you check no, then the status of the sessions on Aimaira will remain unchanged, the action must be done manually on Aimaira.

🎯 Adesoft

  • Select "Adesoft" on the first page

  • Fill in the information about you

What is your Webservice URL?

=> We need the web address (API URL) of your ADESOFT account to automate the connection.

What is the username to use?

=> We need a username with read and write rights to synchronize the data on Edusign, then to send back the attendance data to ADESOFT.

What is the password for the account to use?

=> We need the password to access the account.

Do you need one or several Edusign accounts?

=> If you check “One account”, you must then indicate the folder ID from which the entire schedule will be transferred to a single Edusign account.

=> If you check “Several accounts”, you must then indicate the ID of each folder from which the information must be synchronized to a specific Edusign account.

What is the ID of the main resource?

=> You need to indicate whether it is a Group, Professor, Room type resource, and the ID of this main resource.

=> You can only choose one main resource per Edusign account.

  • Indicate the name of the software you want to connect to Edusign
