On Edusign, an automatic logout is implemented for learners, instructors, and administrators alike.
The purpose of this regular disconnection is to protect your data.
The time before being logged out varies depending on the user; details for each role are found below.
👑 For administrators.
Administrators are automatically logged out of Edusign after one month of connection.
Note, you will similarly be logged out if you clear your browser's cache.
👨🏫 For instructors:
Instructors are automatically logged out of Edusign every 3 months.

Learners are, in turn, automatically logged out once a year.
Note that if using login via SSO, these disconnections may be more frequent (depending on the validity period of the SSO token used by your institution).
