In September 2023, we introduced you to the new visual identity of Edusign. New logo, new colors, we modernized everything to be more in line with our values and vision.
And in this continuity, it was also necessary to adapt the documents to this new visual identity. Whether it is attendance sheets, absence records, or questionnaires, all the documents you download in PDF have been revamped to be more easily understandable.
All information from the old PDFs remains unchanged and is always present in the new versions.
A more modern and readable design
We rearranged the information: the total hours of presence and absence are more prominently displayed, the name of the learner is visible at a glance, the old yellow was replaced with a more subdued blue.
There are other small modifications, but we have kept all the essential information from the old documents. Nothing has been removed and nothing has been added.

What has changed:
Information about the OF/CFA is on the left at the beginning of the sheet
Information about the course is on the right at the beginning of the sheet
The date and time of signature of the intervener have been added at the end of the sheet

The company, reference, and tags of the learner now appear in their information
The total durations of presence and absence are now at the beginning of the sheet (instead of at the end on the old version)

The total duration of training is displayed at the beginning of the sheet (instead of at the end as in the old version).

The total hours of presence/justified absence/unjustified absence/tardy/early departure are found at the beginning of each section.
The number of sessions where the learner was present is no longer displayed.
Results of a Questionnaire
