1️⃣ Create your Zapier and Hubspot accounts
Start by creating a free account on Zapier to begin automating your learners' registration.
You must also have a Hubspot account.
2️⃣ Create a registration form on Hubspot
From your Hubspot account, create a registration form for your learners. You can add many fields for all the information you need.
3️⃣ Add the learner to a list
Once the learner has completed the registration form, you can add them to a dynamic list in Hubspot.
It's that simple! Just create a list with the following properties:
The contact has completed the form
They are automatically added to the dynamic list
4️⃣ Trigger automation with Zapier
On Zapier, you can create a "Zap," which is an automation. With the following properties, learners who have completed the registration form will be automatically sent to Edusign, with all their information.
Congratulations! You can now automate your learners' enrollment with Edusign! 🥳
