β Create a new training
To create your new training, nothing could be easier! Click on "Add a training" from the training page or from the attendance sheets page.
The mandatory information is:
The name of your training.
The start and end dates of your training.
Note :
The start and end dates of your training will be updated automatically if you add attendance sheets that exceed the original ones.
There is no minimum number of learners required to create. You can add them later, manually or via the registration link.
Secondary information can be provided, like the training objectives and tags.
Once created, you can always return to modify this information in the Settings tab, from the details of a training! π€
π Share the registration link
Need to delegate registration to your prospects or future learners? Right after creating your training, you can copy its registration link. π
Alternatively, you will find the registration link in the action menu, from the details of your training.
You have the choice between:
The link to copy.
The format QR code to scan.
Or the integration code to copy to your web page.
You can set mandatory registration fields or not. Refer to this article about registration fields if needed! π€
β¨ Automatically add learners to resources (past, future)
To facilitate your management and reduce your manual operations, you can enable (or not) automatic addition of new learners to your sheets, documents, and questionnaires at various times:
Before sharing your registration link.
By adding new learners.
For example, if you have enabled adding to past resources for your documents and questionnaires, your learners will automatically receive surveys and documents previously sent to other learners! Same principle for future resources, they will be added by default to the recipient list. π

To add learners manually, simply hover over the button "Add to training" and click on "Learners".
You can choose to load an entire group of learners, or select them one by one.
Activate (or not) addition to resources past and future to save time!
The learners will be automatically pre-filled when you create new sheets, whether simple or multiple, or when you plan/send a document and a questionnaire. π
Add instructors π©βπ«
To add instructors manually, simply hover over the button "Add to training" and click on "Instructors".
You can associate them with one or more attendance sheets during their addition. π€
Note: Instructors, when linked during the creation of your attendance sheets, are not automatically added to your training. Instructors must currently be added manually.

If you create your attendance sheets one by one, you can name your sheet as you wish. The name of the training and the associated learners will be pre-loaded to save you time. π You can refer to this article to create your sheet from A to Z.
Multiple attendance sheets
In a few clicks, create multiple attendance sheets for your training! The name of the training and the learners will be pre-loaded. You can refer to this article to create multiple sheets.
Get a quick overview of your sheet ποΈ
When hovering over your sheets, you can click the preview button. You will then have all the information about your sheets. You can supervise the sheet, resend signature emails, archive the sheet, etc.

In this tab, you will find all the questionnaires you have linked to the creation of your attendance sheets (whether for your learners or instructors). π€
π¦ Archive your training
Your training is finished, and you don't plan to revisit it? You can simply archive it and retrieve it in case of a Qualiopi audit or otherwise!
In just a few clicks you can:
Export the list of your learners and instructors, or their attendances and absences.
Download individual attendance sheets.
Find the details of the sheets, learners, instructors
Retrieve all documents and questionnaires that were linked.
Note: Archiving a training leads to the archiving of all its non-archived attendance sheets.
