No more double entry! Your training data is automatically synchronized between Training Orchestra and Edusign. 🥰
Operation
The integration allows Edusign to retrieve training-related data from Training Orchestra.
This information allows you to generate an attendance sheet on Edusign.
Attention! The default condition for your attendance sheets to be properly synchronized is that the Sessions linked to Sequences must be in "Validated" status or "In Qualification" on Training Orchestra.
Then, you (or your participants) can have the learners sign in.
The sheet is ready and signed!
Finally, presence and absence information is sent to Training Orchestra.

The connector synchronizes twice a day
Between 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM - Paris time
Between 7:30 PM and 8:30 PM - Paris time
During synchronization, information is retrieved from Training Orchestra, and presence and absence data is sent to Training Orchestra.
The following 15 calendar days are retrieved from Training Orchestra.
A course available on Training Orchestra more than 15 days into the future will not yet be visible on Edusign. You will need to wait.
Installation
To install Training Orchestra, it is necessary to provide the following information to your Edusign contact.
API Connection Information
apiTokenURL = URL to retrieve the connection token
apiBaseURL = URL to perform API requests + API version
clientID = Login for API connection
clientSecret = Password for API connection

Filtering synchronization based on the management entity:
It is possible to filter synchronization based on the management entity. You have the option of having an Edusign account per management entity or managing multiple management entities on a single account. This allows you to adapt the integration to your organization’s specific structure.
Training Orchestra - 2 APIs - 2 Possibilities
Training Orchestra has two APIs, one for the "Training Organization" (OF) part and one API for the Human Resources (RH) part.
If your training is open to the outside, not only to your employees, then you are probably using the Training Organization API.
If your training is only for your employees, then you are probably using the Human Resources API.
It is also possible that you are using both APIs at the same time! Whatever the case, our teams need to know which API is used to set up the integration.
Tip: If you use both APIs, it is possible to create an Edusign account for your RH section and another for your OF section, but you also have the option to sync both APIs (OF and RH) on a single account.
Data retrieved from Training Orchestra to Edusign
The retrieved data includes:
Learners (or employees)
Instructors
Courses (Sessions, Sequences, and courses)
Enrollments (to know which person is associated with which course)
Attention! By default, synchronization only includes courses within the next 14 rolling days.
This also means that if a learner or instructor does not have a course scheduled within the next 14 days, they will not be synchronized nor updated by the connector.
