1️⃣ Set up an automatic reminder
Go to your Settings > Questionnaires
Enable the setting and choose:
The number of days after the last send to automatically remind the person.
The maximum number of times you want to remind the person. Note that it is not possible to automatically remind more than 5 times.
Remember to save so that the setting is taken into account! 🤗

If I set up an automatic reminder, will my old sends benefit from an automatic reminder?
Yes, your previously sent and unanswered questionnaires will benefit from the automatic reminder setup.
