Link Airtable to your Edusign account

1️⃣ Add a learner

Let's start by adding a learner to Airtable, then integrate them into Edusign.

To begin, open Edusign and Airtable.

Next, give a title to your automation for easier tracking!


2️⃣ The first trigger

Select your first trigger by creating a bubble on Airtable.

Several trigger choices are possible, but to trigger an automation when a line is automatically added to Airtable, click on "Watch Records".


3️⃣ Fill in the fields

A window opens at this moment, and you can complete the following data:

  • Connection

  • Database

  • Table (Learners)

  • Trigger Field

  • Label Field

  • Limit (field retrieval limit)

  • View

Note: To complete the Trigger Field case and have all the information instantaneously, the person added to the trigger must have a timeframe ⏱.

To do this, you need to go to Airtable, right-click on "Insert Right" and add "Last modified time", enabling the trigger to update learners on Edusign's data but also on Airtable.
