✏️ Written Guide ✏️

1️⃣ The trigger

You must first have the Zapier solution along with Calendly and Edusign.

Calendly will be used as the “trigger” (“trigger”). Each time you create an event on Calendly, your automation will trigger.

Then click on “Invitee Created” and select your linked account to test the trigger.

2️⃣ Find or create your learner

Before creating your attendance sheet, check that your learner is available on Edusign.

Simply type in the Edusign search bar, then select “Find a student.” Select the account that interests you, and you can then link the learner's email.

If you don't find the desired learner, you can create them before continuing.

You must then fill in the following information:

  • Emails of the person or people participating in the event

  • Date

  • Time

  • The host

Note: Always remember to rename your Zap before it is published and activated.

You can also sync your information with a calendar like Google Calendar, for example.

Congratulations! You can now automate your calendar with Edusign! 🥳
