Notifications in Edusign and by email are received based on events in your Edusign space.
Notification settings are accessible on all subscriptions and for all administrator roles.

Set Up Your Notifications
From your account settings > Notifications tab, you can set up each notification received.
Select the type of notification and customize your experience according to your needs.
Saving is automatic after checking! 🤗
Note: Notifications are adjustable for each administrator, they are not shared.
Manage Your Notifications
Receipt of Notifications, Read and Unread
Notifications on Edusign are visible from the notification icon at the bottom left of your space.
A panel will open. You will be able to find your notifications there.
Unread notifications are identifiable by a blue icon.
Note: Email notifications arrive in your mailbox, based on your account address.
Archive Your Notifications
Archived notifications are available in the "Archived" tab.
Read notifications remain in the first tab. You can archive notifications to stop seeing them.
This allows you to treat notifications like a To-Do List. You will only see what is left to be addressed.
Multiple Actions
Multiple actions are available to manage several notifications.
You can mark notifications as read, archive them, or access your settings.

Will I receive one or multiple notifications?
You will receive as many notifications as there are events.
For example, if a learner signs a document, you will receive an email (if the notification is activated); if a second learner signs another document, you will receive a second email.
Is it normal that I do not receive a notification when an intervener has not signed a sheet?
If your attendance sheet does not account for any learner's signature, and the intervener of the sheet has not yet signed, then no notification is sent.
