On Edusign, you can access a tracker of sent e-mails.

This feature lets you track signature e-mails, questionnaires, documents, etc., so you can identify in just a few clicks whether the person concerned has actually received/opened the e-mail.

To access e-mail tracking, first check one or more of the Checkboxes ✅on the various Edusign tabs:

  • If you tick only one speaker or learner, you will have access to the e-mail follow-up for that particular person.

  • When you select an attendance sheet or a set of elements (learners, questionnaires, etc.), you will then need to enter the e-mail address of the person concerned in order to access his/her follow-up.

You can also access e-mail tracking via the Actions button directly from the lecturer or learner profiles.

The Email Tracker is divided into 4 parts:

  • The status of the mail:

    • Delivered.

    • Not delivered.

    • Processing.

  • The subject of the mail. To find the mail you're interested in.

  • Date and time of last event received: status change, opening, etc.

  • The number of times the mail has been opened.

In case of receipt issues, we recommend consulting this article.
