E-mails sent by Edusign, regardless of the training organization, are assigned to the address hello@edusign.fr.

The problem is often simple:

  • You have given an incorrect e-mail address or one of your other addresses to your organization, or your organization has entered it incorrectly (space, spelling, etc.).

  • Check your spam or other mail folders! E-mails can sometimes be found there. 😉

  • A filter is present in your mailbox at hello@edusign.fr.

  • You or your organization/company/school may have subscribed to an e-mail blocker (Mailinblack, for example). These solutions require the sender to confirm that they are not a robot when they first contact you (a word to copy, an image to click on when prompted, etc.). You can then whitelist/authorize hello@edusign.fr from your blocker's interface.

Certain mail server settings in your organization may block emails from hello@edusign.fr. It is then up to the IT service to unblock the address hello@edusign.fr. In this case, no member of your organization should receive Edusign emails.

For your information, around 2 million emails leave Edusign every month. 99% of them reach the inbox without a hitch.
