1️⃣ Sign via NFC.

Naturally, NFC must be activated on the smartphone in question. If your phone doesn't support NFC, you can sign using the QR code on the sign (see below for instructions).

To sign by NFC card, simply:

  • Connect to the Edusign Learner smartphone application.

  • Select the current session on the home page.

  • Click on Contactless if the room is equipped (otherwise, the option will not appear).

  • A window opens to indicate that scanning is possible.

After passing the phone in front of the plate, the signature square will then appear on the screen to draw the signature and then validate it.

🎉 And there you go! 🎉

2️⃣ QR code sign-up procedure.

The NFC tag also includes a QR code for learners whose phones are not NFC-compatible. Like the NFC chip, the QR code is linked to the room in which the course takes place.

Please note! Before starting the registration procedure, please ensure that your phone's geolocation is activated and that its use by the application is authorized in your smartphone settings.

Then simply :

  • Click on the relevant course.

  • Select Sign & Scan.

  • Sign in the window that opens.

  • Once signed, the camera opens to flash the QR code and confirm the signature.

A message indicating that the device is about to be geotagged will then appear.

🎊 Signature confirmed! 🎊
