To learn more about signing in using NFC signboards, we invite you to consult this documentation.
1️⃣ Sign in using NFC.
The NFC must naturally be enabled on the smartphone in question. If the phone does not have the technology, it will then be possible to sign in via the QR code present on the signboard (see below how to do this).
To sign in via NFC signboard, you just need to:
Log in to the Edusign Apprenant smartphone application.
Select the session in progress on the home screen.
Click on Contactless if the room is equipped (otherwise, the option will not appear).
A window opens to indicate that it is possible to scan.
After passing the phone in front of the board, the signature square will then appear on the screen to draw and validate a signature.
🎉 And there you have it! 🎉
2️⃣ QR code sign-in procedure.
The NFC board also displays a QR code for learners whose phone may not be NFC compatible. The QR code, like the NFC chip, is linked to the room where the class takes place.
Attention! Before starting the sign-in process, make sure your phone's geolocation is activated and its use permitted by the app in your smartphone settings.
Then, simply:
Click on the relevant course.
Select Sign & Scan.
Sign via the window that opens.
Once the signature is done, the camera will open to scan the QR code and confirm the signature.
A message indicating that the device will be geolocated will then appear.
🎊 The signature is confirmed! 🎊
