On Edusign, it is possible to create attendance sheets with nearly as many learners as you wish. You can also set a maximum number of participants for a session.

This setting will be useful in two cases:

In both cases, this option will allow you to set the maximum number of places for a training session without having to keep an eye on the number of registrations and easily see if a session is full or not.

To apply this limit, you can simply click on Options in the attendance sheet creation/editing tool (Add an attendance sheet or Edit the sheet) and activate the Max learners number. You can then set the maximum number of participants for a training session.

This option is also available when creating multiple sessions after clicking on Add Sessions. You can then set the max number of participants for each training session and not worry about it anymore! 😉

Once this maximum is reached, you will see a small alert message displayed on your sheets in question! This will also appear on the Instructor's side in the same way.

Here is also what people attempting to register via the registration link will see:

🎉 And there you go, you know everything! 🎉
