It's not easy to track attendance within your organization (OF), and we know it well. That's why we wanted to add a dedicated space for attendance management on Edusign.
This menu will allow you to obtain summary information to monitor absence management or build your BPF. It will also help you more easily identify course dropouts by quickly measuring attendance rates.
The Statistics tab allows you to quickly track the key data of your training sessions over selected periods! You will find notably:
The attendance of your learners (delays, number of absences, attendance rate...).
The hours worked by your instructors and their progression.
The evolution of the number of training hours provided in your organization (OF).
Precise tracking of learner delays and their trends.
Various charts and graphs allow for a quick overview of key figures on attendance, absences, justified absences... etc.

Beyond a period filter, you can also sort learners by their number of absences or attendance rate by clicking on the small sorting arrows.
