3️⃣ Go further.
1️⃣ Verify that a learner has received a signing email.
To ensure that an email was indeed sent to allow the learner to sign via email (or the app), nothing is simpler.
If the email has been sent, the learner will then be notified as "Pending" (nb. for signature) on the attendance sheet. Additionally, a paper plane icon will appear next to the learner's name. By hovering over it, you can even see the date and time of sending.
2️⃣ The metadata for ensuring how my learner has signed.
By scrolling to the bottom of the sheet, you can click on View metadata to check the device from which the signatures were made.
3️⃣ Go further.
You can also go to the Timestamp subsection of the learner's profile to view the device used for signing as well as the IP address from which the signature was sent.
For advanced checks, and once the sheet is archived you can:
Download an archiving certificate that validates the secure storage of data. This is possible at the top of the concerned sheet, only if it is archived.
Access the link present at the bottom of the downloaded PDF sheet to obtain more information on archiving. This link is rather reserved for funders.
