On Edusign, you can be registered in multiple training organizations as an instructor using the same email address.

In this case, all attendance sheets linked to you will obviously not appear in a single space but will be distributed across multiple accounts, according to each school, accessible via what we call the multi-account feature.

The multi-account allows you to switch from one space to another (or from one school to another) to see the information associated with you and thereby perform all actions related to your courses (take attendance, send questionnaires, etc.).

Note: The multi-account will only be available if the email address registered in each school's database is the same. Otherwise, you will receive two identifiers and two passwords to log in to each account. You can then request to change your email address on your account to use the multi-account.

How to log in to one account or another? 🏠 🏡

Right after logging in, you will be asked to choose which account you want to connect to.

If you want to take attendance or view your schedule for School B, you can enter your login information and then, once the login step is successful, click on School B to access your account associated with it.

How to switch accounts without having to log out? 🤯

The main advantage of the multi-account is not having to log out and back in every time to change spaces; you can easily switch if needed.

To do so, by clicking on the name of the organization in the top right corner next to your initials, you can return to the interface presented in the previous point and switch from one account to another.
