π¨ How to create elements manually on Edusign?
Sometimes you may need to create/modify an element on Edusign to correct an error or meet an urgent need.
Attention! We recommend avoiding manual creation of elements on Edusign. If the data are not created by the connector, then the information upload will not be automatic for manually created resources.
However, if it must be done, ensure that the information entered on Edusign is also on your ERP and is exactly the same.
π΅οΈββοΈ I can no longer find my manually created attendance sheets: what to do?
From the Attendance Sheets tab, you can filter items by their creator. For this, please go to this tab and click More filters at the top of the page.
You can then view items created by an Owner, Administrator, User, Instructor, or by API (the ERP or connector connected by API). This filter allows you to quickly distinguish what was created on Edusign automatically (by your connector, labeled API) or by a member of your organization.
π How to ensure that automatic synchronization has occurred?
To check the latest synchronization events between your connector and Edusign, click Installed Connector (X) by going to Settings, then Connectors.
On the page that will then appear, you can view all the information exchanged between your connector and Edusign, as well as the date and time of these events.
π How to make a last-minute change of instructor?
To make a last-minute instructor change (same day) on an attendance sheet, you should modify the session's instructor on Edusign and on your connector.
Make sure this procedure has been done on both sides to avoid any connection errors that could result (deletion, duplication...).
π’ Why do my learners' companies not appear on Edusign?
If you don't see your learners' companies, first ensure that this information has been provided in advance on your internal management tool connected to Edusign.
After verification, if the information is present on the connector, two factors might explain why it hasn't been uploaded to Edusign:
The information is not entered in the correct location on your connector: it will need to be modified directly in your ERP database, and you'll have to wait for the next synchronization for it to appear on Edusign.
The information is correctly entered: in this case, check the admin rights given to Edusign and ensure we have read access to achieve the information upload of each learner's company.
π± Why do some sessions scheduled on my connector not appear on Edusign?
Most of the time, when this occurs, it's crucial to verify these four factors in advance:
An instructor is correctly linked to the attendance sheet on the connector.
The linked instructor has a valid email address.
The session must take place within the next 14 days (or 7 days for Ypareo).
The session wasn't created/modified on the same day. In such case, wait for the next synchronization for the information to appear.
π¨βππ΅οΈββοΈ Why do instructors and/or learners not appear on Edusign?
Synchronization with your ERP only imports information related to the next 14 days of training (or 7 days for Ypareo). Additionally, the entire plan will not upload all at once to your Edusign account.
If you do not see certain learners and/or instructors, it is strongly advised not to create them manually. The missing learners and instructors will be synchronized 14 days (or 7 days for Ypareo) before their first training sessions.
ποΈ How to segment my organizationβs information on multiple Edusign accounts?
If you need to distinguish your various organizations, you might have multiple connected Edusign "sub-accounts."
First, contact us to configure the different accounts. This information uploads differently based on the connector used; segmentation occurs based on the following information:
Ammon: segmentation by Structure Code.
Ypareo: segmentation by Site Code.
Hyperplanning: segmentation by the combination of the Family and the Learner's Section.
SC-Form (Galia and Gessica): segmentation by Company and/or by Sector.
Aurion: Segmentation by filtering the built favorite.
π¨βππ¨βπ Why do learners appear twice on Edusign?
Duplicate entries may appear on your Edusign account. Generally, this behavior can be linked to these two scenarios:
The learner was created twice on the connector used.
The learner was automatically created by the connector, and then one of your administrators or you created them manually on Edusign.
Note:Deleting/archiving the duplicate learner on Edusign won't resolve this behavior. This will recur during the next synchronization. Please ensure to check the two points mentioned above.
Initially, we recommend verifying whether the learner has been created twice on your connector. If so, the learner must be removed from the connector, and everything should be in order by the next synchronization. However, if you encounter difficulties, please contact us via chat for a permanent deletion on Edusign following a manual creation error.

ππ How to upload attendance data twice a day?
This data can be uploaded twice a day if necessary by establishing an advanced connection. Contact us via chat to discuss your request.
π When did the last upward synchronization occur?
This information is now available directly from your space! To do this, hover over your name/organization name at the top right of your account and click "Installed Connector (X)." You will then have access to all recently synchronized events.
π΅οΈββοΈ Why don't I find the same data on Edusign and my ERP?
Generally, when information differs from the connector to Edusign or vice versa, it's necessary to verify this information:
Among the differing elements, some have not been manually created.
The attendance sheets are archived for at least 24 hours.
The attendance sheets weren't unarchived and then re-archived to change the attendance status of one or more learners (data upload only occurs during the first archiving).
πΎ How to prevent Edusign from sending attendance states to my ERP?
If you do not want Edusign to upload these states to your connector, be aware that this setting can be disabled by our team. Contact us via the chat, located at the bottom left of your space, to request this.
