Generate a registration link for your sheet (Link, QR Code, Integration)

Let your participants register for training on their own!

If there are multiple ways to add learners to a session on Edusign, note that it is also possible to share a registration link with participants.

This method is particularly appreciated during a seminar or one-time training sessions with external learners whose contact details you do not have, or during an internally open training.

Learners can then register directly on an attendance sheet, whether they have a profile created or not on your Edusign space.

Note: Learners not yet existing on your space will be created there. You can then find them in the Learners tab.

1️⃣ Generate the registration link

Use the registration URL 🔗

To do this, from your Administrator space, go to the Attendance Sheets tab, and visit the relevant session. From there, click on the small icon symbolizing a link at the top right.

Note: You can allow learners to sign as soon as they register (option enabled by default), or leave it later to the session instructor or administrator to sign learners in a "classic" way (option activated).

Use the QR Code 📸

You can also use the QR Code version so your learners can register. You can either leave the QR Code on your screen or copy the image and provide it to your learners who need to register.

You can also access the integration link for those with advanced computer skills. 😉

We provide the snippet of code needed to integrate your registration page into one of your sites or communication channels. You just have to copy/paste and you're all set! 🤗

Note: You can also limit the number of training participants when creating the attendance sheet by selecting the maximum number of learners. Perfect when seats are limited!


2️⃣ Configure additional registration fields (mandatory or not)

Some information is necessary during your registrations, or on the contrary, too cumbersome to request after the registration? Add additional fields to the registration form! 😉

Thus, you will find:

  • The basic fields: Email, Training attended, Phone, Company, Identification number.

  • Your custom fields, which you can create in advance or directly from this window.

You also have the choice:

  • To simply display, allowing registrants to choose to fill it in.

  • To make it mandatory, as you absolutely need it later!
