1️⃣ Change the user interface language.
On Edusign, you can switch the administrator, speakers, and learners interface to English, Italian, Spanish, or French. This action will change your platform's language but will not affect the language of generated documents or sent emails.
To do this, hover your mouse over your name at the top right and select the flag corresponding to the desired language.
Note: If you are a learner, you can change the interface language to English, Spanish, or French from your profile.
2️⃣ Change the language of generated documents and sent emails.
On Edusign, you also have the option to change the language of all generated documents and emails sent to English, Spanish, or French.
Attention! The language of opened links (signature pages...) does not depend on this option but on the recipient's browser's default language.
To change your system's language, you will first need to go to your account's Settings.
Then, from the Organization Information tab, click on the dropdown list under System Language. You will then have the option to choose between English, Spanish, or French.
Don't forget to Save to make this change effective!
