📌 Before starting
Important: Your training organization must have provided your credentials before connecting. You can access Edusign via the mobile app (available on Google Play or App Store) or directly from your browser: https://edusign.app/student.
🔐 First connection: Change your password
During your first connection, you will likely be prompted to change your initial password provided by your training organization.
Why this change?
This is a mandatory security measure on first login, unless your organization explicitly disabled this feature.
Steps to follow:
Log in to the mobile app or via browser.
Enter the credentials sent by your organization (usually by email).
Edusign detects your first login and asks you to create a new password, respecting minimum security criteria.
Note: You can change your password at any time in the Profile tab of your space.
Note: To enhance security, Edusign automatically logs you out every three months.
🌐 Connect via Microsoft (SSO)
If your institution uses Office 365, you might need to connect with your Microsoft account.
Steps to follow:
Log in via the mobile app or via browser.
Click on the Sign in with Microsoft button.
A Microsoft window opens: enter your usual credentials.
✅ You are now connected with your Microsoft credentials!
🔑 Forgotten password: How to reset it?
If you have lost or forgotten your password:
Steps to follow:
On the login page, click More options then select Lost Password.
Enter your email address, then confirm.
Check your mailbox: you will receive a reset link.
Click on this link and set a new password respecting the required security criteria.
Important: If the problem persists after following these steps, directly contact your training organization. Only they can communicate with the support team (Eduteam) to resolve any technical issues.
In summary, you can connect to your Edusign learner space via password or Microsoft, depending on your organization's settings. In case of issues, consider resetting your password or contacting your organization for assistance.
