1️⃣ Login.

On mobile, PC, or tablet, please go to https://edusign.app/professor/ to log in.

The login credentials have been received via email. Read this article in case of an issue.

Note: Edusign has an automatic logout feature in place. For more information, please see this article.


2️⃣ Main Space.

After logging in, you can view past and upcoming training sessions. You can even sync the sessions from the Edusign calendar to your personal calendar.

The Sessions tab allows you to view and manage current or upcoming sessions associated with the instructor.

The History tab provides access to past sessions associated with the instructor. This can help in knowing who was present or not in previous classes.

Finally, the Calendar tab displays all past, current, or upcoming sessions of the instructor.

To sign your students in, please click on a training, visible in colors on the first tab.


3️⃣ Sign in Your Students.

Once a training is selected, you can sign your students in.

However, you'll be asked to sign first. Please sign using your finger or mouse.

You can then select a signing method from:

Email Signature:

Select the present students and send a signature email using the dedicated button.

You can verify that the student's email address is correct by clicking the small eye next to their name in case of difficulty.


QR Code:

Display the QR code so students can scan it.

Careful! The QR code can only be scanned in real-time and via the Edusign mobile app only.

Shared Link:

Share the link or address plus code to sign in your students.

On your terminal:

Click on "Actions" then sign in manually.


4️⃣ Confirmation and Synchronization.

Signatures are added in real-time to your space and admin spaces. You don't need to confirm or send anything.


5️⃣ Delays, Absences, Justified Absences, Exclusions, and Comments.

Via "Actions" you can add delays, comments, or justified absences for each student.

You can also exclude a student from a session.

A general comment can also be added.

📊 Questionnaires.

If your administrator has added questionnaires to the session, you can send them via email. Moreover, the questionnaires can be analyzed directly from your instructor space.

👋 Adding Students and Sessions/Registries on the Fly.

If given the rights by your administrator, you can add registries from the main screen.

You also have the option to add participants directly from the registries or even create a new student if you have access.
