When you send a signature email to a learner, the default validity period is 4 hours.
This duration corresponds to half a day of training.
In the event of non-signature by a learner, reminder emails initiate a new 4-hour validity period
However, this duration can be modified to extend to two weeks. To do this, simply go to your Settings under Learners and activate the option Remove the time limit for signing signature emails.
