Download responses to your questionnaires in PDF format

1️⃣ Download your answers in PDF from your attendance sheet or the Questionnaire tab

From an attendance sheet

If you have associated your questionnaire with an attendance sheet, you can then download all your answers in this manner:

  1. Go to the Attendance Sheets tab by clicking on the relevant session.

  2. At the top right, click on the "Questionnaires" icon and click on the desired questionnaire.

  3. Now click on "Download". The answers will be downloaded as an archive to decompress.

Note: Whether associated or not with a session, you can perform the same steps by going to the Questionnaires tab and then clicking on the relevant questionnaire.

From the Questionnaire Tab

There are several ways to download the entire questionnaire results:

  • Go to the Questionnaires tab and download your answers in PDF format by clicking directly on the blue button to the right of the questionnaire name.

  • Also, from the detail of your questionnaires, in the sub-menu "Responses", you can "Select All" and "Download answers".

Note: You need to have received at least one response to the questionnaire in question to download the questionnaire using this method.

2️⃣ Download your results participant by participant

Do you want to retrieve the results of certain participants?

  1. In the detail of your questionnaire, from the sub-menu "Responses" or "Participants",

  2. Select the desired participants, and click on "Download answers" in the right menu.

3️⃣ Download responses from multiple sends

Do you want to gather the results of multiple questionnaires in a single export?

  1. From the Questionnaire tab, select several,

  2. Then click on "Download".

You will have a single archive with all the answers. 🤗

4️⃣ Export results from a questionnaire model

This time, you want to export your responses from multiple sends with the same questionnaire model?

  1. From the Questionnaire tab, go to the "Models" sub-menu

  2. Select the relevant model

  3. Click on "Export" in the right menu

  4. An Excel file will download with all responses related to this model
