Your emails sent from Edusign are not received? Don't worry, there is a solution for everything!
🤗 First, a verification is necessary
The most common causes:
The email address is incorrect/or not the one usually used by the person, or you entered it incorrectly (space, spelling, etc.)
The emails may sometimes end up in spam or other folders in your inbox. 😉
A filter is present in the recipient's mailbox for the address hello@edusign.fr.
The organization/company/school or recipient might have subscribed to an email blocker (like Mailinblack).
These solutions require the sender to confirm they are not a robot when contacting you for the first time (a word to copy, an image to click on as instructed, etc.). Verification emails are then sent to hello@edusign.fr, which is an automatic address.
It is necessary that your learners/speakers whitelist/authorize hello@edusign.fr via the blocker's interface.
🤔 The email is not there, solution:
It is possible that the learner or speaker has a filter blocking the email, even if it has reached their server. 😓
Two solutions to this issue:
Ask the company's IT department to authorize the following IP addresses:
168.245.24.190
149.72.24.100
Make sign by code available via the platform for speakers.
Did you find the email? How to ensure it doesn't end up in spam (if that's the case)?
To have Edusign emails delivered directly to your mailbox, you can "allow the sender".
On Gmail:
On Outlook:
Elsewhere:
You might have a button to allow the sender or mark the mail as legitimate/verified.
None of these solutions allow you to have your learners sign? Please contact Edusign via chat.
🧐 Other available signing methods
Signature by QR code (requires the app for learners).
