I can't sign

Hey 👋

Sometimes learners encounter difficulties when signing. This is often due to a display issue in your browser.

You can then try to:

  • Refresh the page 🚿

  • Switch browsers, try using Google Chrome!

  • Sign on another device (PC, mobile)

  • Clear your cache (Ctrl + Shift + R on Google Chrome)

Additionally, please note that the application is only useful for signing via QR code. Otherwise, simply click the link received by email or sent by your teacher.

Unable to log in to the app?

Try resetting the password.

If that doesn't work, ask your organization to verify the email entered in their admin space.

If in doubt, please contact your organization.
