Do your learners have an office email for multiple participants? Or do you simply not have your learners' emails? No worries! 🤗
🤷 Add learners without emails.
Although Edusign prompts you to enter an email (which is nonetheless handy), you can create learners without emails.
To do this, leave the "email" field empty when creating a learner.
If you wish to use a QR code for your learners to check-in, you will need to export the learners' IDs (Actions > Export IDs) and communicate them through your available means.
✏️ Check your learners in without sending a sign-in email.
The QR code:
Export the learners' IDs (Select one or more learners > Actions > Export IDs). Learners can log into the Edusign app and scan the QR code displayed by the instructor for check-in.
The Pin code / shared link - 0 IDs needed:
In their space, the instructor can display a link and a code for learners to check-in. Learners don’t need to log in with IDs.
Learners check in directly from their device without needing to access an email.
The instructor can also check-in learners on their device.
During remote sessions, the link can be shared in the chat of your video conferencing software.
