Add a learner to an existing session / attendance sheet

Did you forget to add a learner to your session or attendance sheet? Don’t panic! 🤗 It’s easy to add them, as long as the session isn’t archived.


1️⃣ Your session hasn’t started.

Your session was created from a group.

If your training session hasn’t started on Edusign, you can add the learner to the group associated with your session. 😎

All future sessions linked to this group will be automatically updated. 👌

However, past or ongoing sessions will not be updated.

You can also add a learner to the session on a one-off basis by going to the attendance sheet and then the "Add a learner - enter name here" section.


2️⃣ Your session has begun.

If your training session has started, you can add a learner directly from the attendance sheet.

First, click on a non-archived attendance sheet. 👇

Then scroll to the bottom of the page to add a learner manually.

The learner must be present on Edusign. If not, please add the learner on Edusign.

Attention! Adding a learner to a group won’t update the learners of sessions that have already started.

If the option is enabled in the Settings, instructors can also add learners to the session from their interface.
