Sign via PIN code, QR code (fixed) or shareable link to the sheet.

Instructor, here is the simplest alternative to signing via e-mail!

This article is intended for instructors.

Note: This signing method may not appear in your area if your administrator has chosen to disable it for your training organization.


OPTION 1: Sign learners using a PIN code.

With the PIN code and the link (edusign.app/sc), your learner can sign from any device.

With the PIN code you can have learners sign from your computer, tablet, or mobile phone. They can then go to edusign.app/sc and log in with the PIN code.


OPTION 2: Sign learners using a shareable link.

You can also opt for the shareable link without the pin code, right here:


OPTION 3: Sign learners using a QR code (fixed).

Finally, instead of a link, you can click on the square on the right allowing you to access a QR code linking to the same page as before, here are the steps to follow:

Click this button.

Scan the QR code with your phone.

Note: This is not the same as secure QR code signing via the learner app. Here, you can access it with your standard QR code scan because there is no identity verification during the scan.
