Once a student has signed, it is still possible to exclude them. It is still possible to exclude them. To do this, by clicking on Actions on the right, you'll be able to Exclude the student from the dropdown list.
You will then need to confirm the action from the window that will open by clicking on Yes.
The student's status is now EXCLUDED.
