Once a learner has signed, it is still possible to exclude them. It is still possible to exclude them. To do this, by clicking on Actions on the right, you'll be able to Exclude the learner from the dropdown list.
You will then need to confirm the action from the window that will open by clicking on Yes.
The learner's status is now EXCLUDED.
