To measure the quality of your training, as well as the satisfaction and skills of your learners in a continuous improvement approach, the Questionnaires tool allows you to send surveys or MCQs. The sending can be done by the administrator or the instructor, or it can be scheduled to avoid worrying about a cold evaluation sent three months later, for example! 😯
You can also send a share link to your learners so they can complete it at any time.
Note: To add a questionnaire to a session, you must have created a questionnaire model beforehand (after testing it, if possible). 😉
📝 How to send a questionnaire?
1. Send a questionnaire independently of a session
To send a questionnaire immediately or to schedule it:
Go to Questionnaires.
Click on Send a questionnaire.
Choose the questionnaire to send.
Select recipients:
Learners
Instructors
External contacts
Groups
Optional: check Schedule delivery for delayed sending.
Click on Send the questionnaire.
📌 Note: Find your scheduled questionnaires under the Scheduled tab, identifiable by the 🕑 icon.
2. Associate a questionnaire with an attendance sheet
To integrate a questionnaire into a session:
Open or create an attendance sheet.
Go to the Options tab.
Select your questionnaire:
For learners and/or instructors.
Optional: check Schedule delivery to plan for a later date.
Save changes.
💡 Tip: You can configure sending only to present learners or add a personalized message to provide context for the sending.
📌 Note: The questionnaires associated with an attendance sheet appear under the Sent tab with the scheduled date and a 🕑 icon.
Special case for instructors
The instructor cannot schedule the sending of the questionnaire themselves. They will receive a notification directly in their space, visible at the top of the associated attendance sheet follow-up.
3. Share a link to a questionnaire
To make your questionnaires more accessible:
Go to Questionnaires > Send a questionnaire.
Select the Link tab.
Choose your questionnaire.
Click on Create the questionnaire and copy the link.
📌 Important: When you share a link, any respondent not existing in your organization will automatically be created as a new learner when providing their email.
You can find this share link in Questionnaires > Sent, by selecting the model and clicking on Share link.
💡 You can also generate a QR code to facilitate access.
