How long before the session are the emails for the speakers sent?
Emails for speakers can be set up (see: screenshot) to be sent 15 minutes, one hour, four hours, or one day before each session.
You can find these settings directly via your Edusign account in the "Settings" tab, then "Speaker".
This allows them time to sign the sheet, send connection emails to learners, or choose another way to connect.
Attention! If the speaker has a course on Zoom and has connected their Zoom account to Edusign, they will then receive an email with their Zoom link at 7 AM on the day of their training.
