Create learners one by one or en masse on Edusign in just a few clicks 😉

1️⃣ Add a learner manually.

To get started, go to the Learners tab.

In the Learners tab, press Add learner at top right and then New learner.

Required information:

  • First name.

  • Last name.

  • Email.

  • Adding the learner to a group is not compulsory, but strongly recommended.

Optional information:

  • ID number.

  • Telephone number.

  • Training.

  • Tags.

  • Custom fields.

  • Send identifiers to learners (useful if your learners need access to the Edusign application to sign via QR code, one of Edusign's 5 signature modes, or to view their timetable or absences).

Don't forget to Save. 😉
