1️⃣ Go to the Learners tab.

From this tab, choose Import Excel via the Add a Learner button.

You can then:

  • Select an Excel to import if you have already prepared your file.

  • Download the sample template, fill it out, and import.

Note: we recommend following the downloadable sample template to import all required information more easily. 😉

The mandatory information for learner import is:

- A last name

- A first name

- An email

2️⃣ Organize the file information.

Once your file is added to Edusign, you will need to fill in the type of information for each column by clicking on its title.

If you notice a column will not be useful or is for internal use, you can simply uncheck it using the box at the top right of the block corresponding to these data.

You can also choose to send their login credentials to learners upon creation by checking the Checkbox ✅ Send an email to learners with their login information.

Notes:

  • Groups will be created or updated after the import.

  • If you are using the signature mode by QR code, remember to send their credentials to learners so they can log in to their space.

3️⃣ Add your learners to a group and validate the import.

In the next step, you can add your learners to other groups and/or create a new group if the one specified in the import has not yet been created on Edusign.

Checking the learners via the Checkbox ✅ on the left allows you to add them to one or more other groups in addition to what is specified in the Excel file.

If the group does not yet exist, the tool will automatically suggest creating it or adding your learner(s) to a group.

You can then Save to create your learners on Edusign! 😉
