✏️ Written guide ✏️
1️⃣ What is the purpose of archiving an attendance sheet?
Archiving an attendance sheet makes it immutable and downloadable. A sheet must be archived to be downloaded as a PDF.
When using a connector (SC-Form, Hyperplanning, Yparéo, Ammon, etc.), this is also an essential requirement for ensuring that attendance information (absences, excused absences, attendance, etc.) is successfully uploaded to your internal software from your SC-Form spreadsheets.
2️⃣ Manually archive an attendance sheet.
Attendance sheets can be archived manually by clicking the green " Archive " button in the upper-right corner of the relevant sheet.
3️⃣ Archive multiple attendance sheets at once.
From the Attendance Sheets tab, you can also archive multiple sheets at once. To do this, simply check the Checkbox ✅ next to the name of the sheets you want to archive and then click archive (X) from the menu that appeared on the right side of your screen.
4️⃣ Automatic archiving of attendance sheets.
You can also enable automatic archiving.
Depending on the selected option, archiving can be done nightly if they have been fully signed or 365 days after the end of the session to prevent forgetfulness.
If you wish, we can adjust the duration after which this archiving occurs. Contact us via chat! 😉
These settings can be adjusted according to your needs from the Settings tab and then the Attendance Sheets sub-tab. 🔒
