✏️ Written guide ✏️

It is possible to customize your organization's attendance sheets with the name and logo of your organization. It is also possible to add a group or learner photo as well as tags.

Here is an example of the options on a session attendance sheet.

1️⃣ Add your training organization's logo

You can add your training organization's logo from the Settings tab of your Edusign account.

Then go to the Training Organization Information tab. You can then Click to add a logo in the Logo section.

This logo will be displayed at the top left of the sheet and other documents generated on Edusign.

2️⃣ Add an additional logo (client company, legal, etc.)

It is possible to add a group logo. To do this, add a logo in the desired group's settings.

This logo will be displayed at the top right of the attendance sheets.

3️⃣ Add tags

Tags allow you to add complementary information (company, etc.) for each learner. Tags can be added via Excel import or manually on the learners' profiles.

The display of tags on attendance sheets is optional. This option can be activated from the 'settings' tab of your Edusign space.

4️⃣ Other information

Other information (session description, duration, etc.) is automatically added to the attendance sheet based on the information present in your Edusign space.

5️⃣ Other attendance sheet formats

There are also other types of attendance sheets in addition to session attendance sheets. These attendance sheets are accessible from their respective tab.

  • By group (the downloaded sheets will display the group's logo).

  • Individual or by learner (logo customizable at download).

  • By instructor (logo customizable at download).
