An attendance sheet per group allows you to display the entire set of sessions attended jointly by one or more groups (if multiple groups have attended the same set of sessions) on a PDF document. You will then see the group information, the sessions as well as the signatures of the learners of the group(s) and the instructor.

1️⃣ Download an attendance sheet per group.
From the Attendance Sheets, Learners or Groups page, Click on the Download button. Then select "Sheet per Group" :
Then select the group and the sheets you want to appear on the final document:
Non-archived sheets will be automatically archived before downloading.
If you wish to include learners present on the sheets, but not in the specific group, simply uncheck this option.
The download will then start on your device.
2️⃣ Customize the downloaded sheets
When you check one or more sheets of a group, you also have the option to download a Customized Sheet per group. This option allows you to select sessions other than those selected previously, and also, via the Options section:
To add one or more logos to the sheet (e.g., funder).
To choose to Include only group learners or, by unchecking the option, to also display learners manually added to the sheet who are not part of the relevant group.
