It is important to send the credentials to learners if they need to sign using a QR code via the mobile application or web application.
Note: If the learners only sign via email, there is no need to provide them with credentials.

1️⃣ The Edusign application: why?
The Edusign application allows learners easier access to certain features. They can have an Edusign account, sign in multiple ways, view their upcoming sessions or even justify an absence. It is also possible for them to receive messages from their instructor and add a photo, for example.
2️⃣ How to send credentials to learners?
Individual sending when creating a learner
At the time of creating a learner, you have the option to check the box "For QR code signing, send credentials to access the mobile application".
The learner will then immediately receive an email with the credentials allowing them to access their space.
Note: Learners logging in for the first time to their Edusign account will need to change their password generated by Edusign for security reasons. If you create your learners via the API, this option can be disabled.
Mass sending
You can also send/resend the credentials to several of your learners after they have been created, via mass sending.
To do this, go to the Learners tab. This is the list of learners registered in your organization.
It is possible to select one or more learners by checking the box to the left of their name.
Furthermore, it is easy to use filters to segment the sending of credentials.
Click the drop-down menu Actions, then on "Send credentials".
Bonus method
It is also possible to send credentials individually from a learner's profile.
3️⃣ Export your learners' credentials.
From the Learners tab, select one or more learner(s) via the check box ✅ then click on the Actions button and choose Export credentials (X).
The download starts! You can communicate them physically or send them by email afterward. 🤗
