Modify information for one or more upcoming or past attendance sheet(s)

Modify an attendance sheet: date, time, learners, group(s), instructor(s), etc.

Learn how to modify one or more attendance sheets, whether they are upcoming or already started, without losing critical information. Manage learners, instructors, schedules, and signatures in just a few clicks.


1️⃣ Modify an attendance sheet after the start of the session

⚠️ Important: If your session has started and signatures already exist, any modification will delete these signatures.

How to proceed?

  1. Access the attendance sheet from the Attendance Sheets > Started tab.

  2. Click on the name of the relevant session.

  3. Edit the necessary information (date, time, instructors, learners, etc.).

  4. Click Save.

Add or remove a learner after starting

  • To add a learner: use the dedicated field at the bottom of the attendance sheet.

  • To remove a learner: click on the small red cross next to the concerned learner's name.

Manage signatures after modification

After making a modification, you can ask learners to sign again:

  • Either manually,

  • Or by sending a signature email from the Actions dropdown.

💡 You can also add individual comments or manage lateness directly via the Actions button.


2️⃣ Modify an attendance sheet before the start of the session

If your attendance sheet is in the Upcoming state, you can freely modify all information without risk of data loss.

Steps to follow:

  1. Go to the Attendance Sheets > Upcoming tab.

  2. Click on the name of the session to modify.

  3. Make your changes: date, time, instructors, groups, learners.

  4. Click Save to apply changes.

Modify learners if the session is created from a group

  • If you modify learners directly from the initial group, all future associated sessions will be updated automatically.

  • Sessions that have already started will not be affected by this modification.

Modify learners on an ad-hoc basis

You can add or remove learners directly on the sheet:

  • By clicking on the session name,

  • Using the dedicated field at the bottom of the attendance sheet.


3️⃣ Modify multiple attendance sheets simultaneously (upcoming sessions)

Save time by modifying multiple attendance sheets in one operation.

Procedure:

  1. Go to Attendance Sheets > Upcoming.

  2. Select the sessions to modify by checking the corresponding Checkbox ✅.

  3. Click Edit in the menu that appears on the right.

  4. Modify the desired information:

    • Session names,

    • Description,

    • Location,

    • Instructor.

⚠️ Warning: This operation is only available for upcoming sessions.

What's the difference between an attendance sheet and a training session?

  • A training corresponds to the overall event (2025 promotion, class in training for 3 months...).

  • The attendance sheet is the associated document that allows for precise tracking of learners' presence at this session.
