1️⃣ Create a new questionnaire template
To create your questionnaire template:
Go to the Questionnaires page
You can click on "Add a questionnaire" or choose which type of questionnaire you want to create (Survey or MCQ)
Note: You can create two types of questionnaires by clicking the chevron next to "Add a questionnaire", MCQs and Surveys. We will revisit the MCQs later in this article.
2️⃣ Build your questionnaire model
You can customize your questionnaire model, using the various types of questions available on the left side of the page.
Therefore, you can drag and drop various elements to the center of the page to add your questions. 🤗
You can change the Properties of each question through the right menu. This allows you to change the description, make a question mandatory, or choose the correct and incorrect answers in MCQs. 😮
Note: It is possible to add multiple pages to your questionnaire using the Add new page button.
3️⃣ Configure your MCQ with correct answers, a response time
MCQs can feature:
A time limit for completing each page of the questionnaire.
A scoring system with the setup of correct answers.
Note: You can also have the correct and incorrect answers appear in MCQs by selecting the associated option in this menu. This will display the correct answers in blue and the incorrect ones in red on the final results PDF.
4️⃣ Preview your questionnaire & save
Once satisfied with your model, you can test it by previewing it. You can then save it. Your model will be available for distribution to your participants. 🤗
5️⃣ Transmit, supervise & analyze your questionnaires.
Your model is now reusable for your distributions. You have several options:
You can then supervise your sends, track their completion, review the answers, download the answers in PDF format, all answers in Excel format, or obtain a graphical summary of your results in PDF format. 😉
6️⃣ Modify your model
Need to update some questions, or change the correct answers of one of your MCQs? 🤔
Go to the Questionnaires page, Models tab.
Click on your model to edit.
Click on "Edit the model".
You can update your model! 🤗
