Do I need a subscription?
No! There is no subscription on Edusign. Billing is based on the number of signatures made each month.
Are there any registration fees?
No! There are no registration fees on Edusign.
How are signatures calculated?
A learner signing a session counts as one signature.
Signatures from other documents, participants, or elsewhere are currently not billed on Edusign.
How is the price calculated based on my signature volume? How to estimate it?
The price of the signature is relative to your actual consumption and decreases based on your volume.
For example, with 10 signatures per month, the price is 0.25€/signature, and for 500 signatures per month, it is 0.20€/signature, etc.

Are questionnaires and other connections chargeable?
Questionnaires are free on Edusign. The same applies to document generation or connection with Zoom, Teams, Zapier, etc.

Paul runs a training organization that makes 1000 signatures in June, then 0 signatures in July, and 150 signatures in August.
Price in June: 1000 x 0.15 = 150€
Price in July: 0€
Price in August: 150 x 0.24 = 36€
How do I add a payment method and retrieve my invoices?
You can add your payment card or IBAN directly on edusign.app to enjoy all the features.
Your invoices will be available on your space and sent by email to the main account administrator.
