What is a custom view?
A view records:
The applied filters
The displayed columns
The order of the columns
The selected sort
Once saved, it appears as a tab on the Attendance Sheets page.
Default Views
Three views are available as soon as you log in for the first time: Past, Upcoming, and Archived.
These views are fixed: they cannot be renamed, deleted, or reordered. They serve as a stable starting point that you can always return to.
However, you can still apply filters, change the order and selection of columns, or sort the results. These adjustments are retained for the duration of your current session, but cannot be saved. They will be reset when you close your browser or log out.
To save your settings, create a custom view
Why use a custom view?
Custom views are especially useful if you work on a regular basis:
On the same courses or groups
Using the same time periods or date filters
With a specific selection and sorting of columns
Instead of reconfiguring your display every time you log in, save your preferences once and have them restored the next time you visit.
How do I create a view?
There are three ways to create a view.
1. Create a New View
From the Attendance Sheets page:
Click the + button to the right of the tabs.
Enter a name for your view.
Choose a starting point:
A blank view
A default view
An existing view
Click Create View.
Set up your filters, columns, and sorting options.
Save your changes.
2. Duplicate an Existing View
To start with a configuration that has already been defined:
Open the view menu by clicking the three dots on the tab.
Select Duplicate.
Rename the copy.
Click Create View.
Adjust the filters, columns, or sort order as needed.
Save your changes.
3. Save your changes as a new view
If you modify an existing view and want to keep the original version, you can save your changes to a new view instead of replacing the original view.
This option is useful for creating multiple variants from a single configuration.
How do I edit a view?
You can edit a view at any time to:
Rename the view
Edit filters
Show or hide columns
Reorder the columns
Change the sort order
Unsaved changes are retained during your sessionâto retrieve them the next time you log in, be sure to create a custom view and save your changes before closing your browser.

Use the Session filter to display only:
Started sessions â all sessions whose start date has passed or are currently in progress,
Upcoming Sessions â all sessions with a start date in the future.
â ď¸ This filter is disabled on the Past and Future views, which already apply this criterion by default.
How do I delete a view?
To delete a view:

Select Delete.
Confirm the deletion.
â ď¸ Deletion is permanent. Only custom views can be deletedâthe Past, Future, and Archive tabs are fixed.
Can we rearrange the tabs?
